This page is maintained by SnapshoTT Events to answer common questions about how we collect, use, and protect information on this site. It describes our current practices and is not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, and any message details you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to plan and deliver event photography services you book with us.
When you click a WhatsApp or contact link, we record an anonymous event (no personal details) so we can understand which contact methods are used. Submitting an enquiry is similarly counted for our own activity tracking.
How we use your information
Enquiry details are sent to our team inbox so we can respond. A copy of the confirmation is also sent to the email address you provide. For follow-ups, please email bookings@snapshottevents.com — do not reply to automated confirmation emails.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Email and unsubscribes
Transactional emails (enquiry confirmations, booking updates, quotes, receipts) are sent through Resend. You can opt out of further transactional messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Photos and gallery
Photos shown in the public portfolio are stored in our private cloud bucket and served through short-lived signed URLs. Original files from client deliveries are shared privately and are not published without consent.
Security practices
The admin dashboard is protected by email-and-password authentication with server-enforced role checks. Customer-facing data tables use row-level security so that only authorised staff can read or modify them. Secrets and API keys are stored server-side and are never shipped to the browser.
Hosting, the database, and authentication are provided by Lovable Cloud. We rely on the platform's managed security controls in addition to the app-level controls above. This page describes our practices and is not a formal compliance certification.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are retained so we can service ongoing bookings and respond to follow-up questions. If you would like your data removed, email bookings@snapshottevents.com and we will action the request.
